Weekend Acro Intensive

Full-Weekend Acro Training

Join us for a full weekend focused on whips, whip pops, and Icarians.

We’ll begin by refining fundamentals before quickly progressing towards more challenging tricks. Participants will be divided into two levels, allowing those more experienced to move faster towards more difficult skills.

Each day includes two 90-minute workshops, with a short break between them, followed by a jam where you can practice what you’ve learnt.

Saturday

1:30–3:00 pm — Whips 1

3:30–5:00 pm — Icarians 1

5:00–6:30 pm — Jam

Sunday

1:30–3:00 pm — Whips 2

3:30–5:00 pm — Icarians 2

5:00–6:30 pm — Jam

Prerequisites

• Reverse star

• Tarzan whip

• L-basing hand-to-hand

• Bird-to-bird pop with hands
